For a recorded three centuries, Taijiquan has been used to rebuild structure from the ground up — feet, hips, spine, shoulders — and to draw energy back into the body through breath and unhurried movement.

The teacher
I've spent nearly two decades working as a Holistic Personal Trainer and teaching Taijiquan. My focus has never been on what looks good on social media — it's been on what actually changes a body and maintains the frame.
People generally come to me when other approaches haven't held. They stay because the results do.
